Double-row angular contact ball bearings include the basic type with a contact angle α = 30°, designated as the 00000 A type; double-row angular contact ball bearings with filling slots, designated as the 00000 type (α = 30°); double-row angular contact ball bearings with dust shields or sealing rings on both sides, designated as the 00000 A-2Z type (α = 30°) and 00000 A-2RS type (α = 30°); and double inner-ring double-row angular contact ball bearings (basic type), designated as the 00000 D type (α = 45°).

This type of bearing can simultaneously accommodate combined radial and axial loads (with radial load as the main component), as well as moment loads. It can limit axial displacement of the shaft in both directions, has good rigidity, and can withstand overturning moments. It should be noted that during installation, the primary axial load must not pass through the side with the filling slot.
