In the last videos, we learned about the code of rolling bearing. The code of needle roller bearing also consists of the basic code, the prefix code, and the suffix code.
However, the basic code of needle roller bearing is different from that of rolling bearing. The standard needle roller bearing, when the boundary dimension of the needle roller bearing comply with the provisions of GB/T 290, GB/T 4605, and GB/T 20056, its basic code consists of the bearing type code and the code indicating the characteristic dimension of the bearing fitting and mounting.
The type code of the needle roller bearing is indicated by letters, such as K for radial needle roller and cage assembly, AXK for thrust needle roller and cage assembly, NA for needle roller bearing, HK for drawn cup needle roller bearing with open end, BK for drawn cup needle roller bearing with closed end. Different types of needle roller bearing have different methods for representing the code indicating the characteristic dimension of the bearing fitting and mounting, represented by the dimension series code and the inner diameter code or directly expressed in millimeters. The specific method for compiling the basic code of needle roller bearing is shown in the chart.
The prefix code and the suffix code of needle roller bearing are the same as those of rolling bearing. Details can be found in previous videos.
