Bearing Overview

Spherical roller bearings are designed to carry very heavy radial loads and moderate axial loads in both directions under harsh operating conditions. They feature two rows of barrel-shaped rollers working on a common spherical outer raceway, which enables automatic self-alignment and allows the bearing to compensate for shaft misalignment, deflection, and mounting errors.

Thanks to their robust internal structure and high load distribution capability, spherical roller bearings perform reliably even in applications with severe shock loads, vibration, and poor lubrication conditions.
